Welcome to the Palacký University Online Application Form.

Please only register personal email addresses that are not school, university or company email addresses, as they may not be available later, for example at the start of a new academic year. Important information about the admissions process and your future studies will also be sent to your email in September.

If you have already registered for your e-application in the past, log in to the email system specified at registration. Use the link "forgotten password" to reset your password.We recommend not to create new registrations.

The necessary step of applying is to pay the management fee preferably with an online payment card *

If you have problems with the application, check the wiki.upol.cz solution, or use helpdesk.upol.cz with an anonymous request. You can find links at the end of each page. Learn about the study/program from the catalog, faculty pages and, if necessary, from the contacts listed in the account tab.

Choosing a program in Catalogue and clicking to apply will show the selected program in the application. Check/update all data before applying.

You will sign in using the email specified during registration.
You submit all your applications for one registration.
You can change your registration to another mail via helpdesk.upol.cz. The new address should be registered and verified.

Use the Forgotten Password/Change Password link to reset/change your password.
You can also log in using Google login.

You need to be registered into Online Application Form prior logging into the Application Form for the first. Enter your email address and choose a password. Your email address and password will be used as your login to the Online Application Form. You create more application forms for different fields of studies within one personal account. If you forget your password use the Forgotten password page and do not try to register into the system again. The system will not let you to create another account. Current UP students and employees wishing to file an electronic application form also have to register into the system, UP Portal login cannot be used.

* You have to pay the fee for the procedures related to the admission process immediately after selection of a study program or field of study. Information regarding the method of payment and payment details are in the online application form. The fee is not refundable.

The application form is officially delivered and valid only when the payment of the fee related to the admission procedure is successful.
